Charles is the founding director of Walkers, having set up as a sole practitioner in 2008. This followed a lengthy and illustrious career in silver circle and major City firms in London, fostering his wide ranging experience in litigation, company, corporate, media and intellectual property law.

Charles has acted for household names and major international operations throughout his career, and has had several cases appear in the White Book whilst in London. Some of Charles early career highlights have been during handling complex litigation in the High Court during his time as an articled clerk.

After a stint as head of commercial at a well-known York firm, Charles struck out on his own with just a phone and a desk, building the firm from the ground up with the ambition being to set Walkers apart from other firms by providing excellent service, a wealth of experience in all commercial matters, and all tailored to individual client needs.
